Jeremy lives in Lake Elmo, MN, with his wife Marlene, their four children—Jack, Mitch, Jett, and Juliana—and their dog Bosco. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, traveling, engaging in thought-provoking conversations, staying active, and enjoying date nights with Marlene.

Nathan Wagner is a Partner at Starting Point Capital and a sales professional in the Human Capital Management industry, directly responsible for more than $100M to his companies’ top line revenue.

With an eye toward stewarding his assets wisely and planning for his family’s future, he was faced with the dilemma of pouring his hard-earned W2 income into either the turbulent stock market with marginal gains or considering real estate investing. With that time he is an avid aviator, goes on adventures with his wife and 4 kids, and mentors the next generation of young men and women through his church.
